Normal Season:
Any cancellation made within 7 days prior to guest arrival, will result in the forfeiting 1 ( one ) night charge
Any cancellation made within less than 7 days prior to guest arrival, will result in the forfeiting 100% from total room charge
High / Peak Season:
Any cancellation made within 14-28 days prior to guest arrival, will result in the forfeiting 1 ( one ) night charge
Any cancellation made within less than 14 days prior to guest arrival, will result in the forfeiting 50% from total room charge.
Any cancellation made within less than 7 days prior to guest arrival, will result in the forfeiting 100% from total room charge.
