Parking/toll fee
Tip for the driver (optional)
Personal expenses (meals, shopping, entrance ticket, etc)
Overtime fee : 10% per hour from total price (if the service is not finished until 11 PM)
Driver’s meal (the guest should give the driver about IDR 50.000 to buy food)

Additional Information

If you use AirBnB accomodation, please write down the nearest hotel address from your Host location. In order to simplify the pick up service, we will pick you up in the nearest hotel from your Host location.
You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher.
The voucher is valid only on the date specified.

Please kindly wait at hotel lobby 5 minutes before the pick up time. And, present your confirmation voucher to your driver before departure.

Cancelation

Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 10 days prior to the activity date.
Refund handling fee is $5 per item and automatically deducted from the total amount.
Refund will be processed in business hours.
Business hours: Monday – Friday (except public holiday) from 09:00 AM – 03:00 PM (GMT +7)
