- Massage satisfaction varies according to individual therapist and physical condition.
- If you are not satisfied with your massage, please tell the therapist and spa house directly at the moment.
- The treatment could end 15 minutes earlier for the shower time.
- Late arrival could deduct the treatment duration.
FAQ
Q: If I am not satisfied with the treatment during the massage time, should I say it on the spot?
A: Yes. If you are not satisfied with your treatment, please tell the vendor staff or the therapist directly at the moment.
Q: In case I can’t print the voucher out, can I present my mobile voucher (E Voucher) via my mobile phone?
A: Yes. If you show the mobile/ E-Voucher on your mobile phone then you can easily enter.
Q: I made a massage reservation and I think I will be late for about 15 minutes. Is everything OK?
A: Yes, you can get a massage. However, if you arrive late then the massage time will be deducted.
Cancelation
- Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity date.
- Refund handling fee is $5 per item and automatically deducted from the total amount.
- Refund will be processed in business hours.
- Business hours: Monday – Friday (except public holiday) from 09:00 AM – 15:00 PM (GMT +7)
