Massage satisfaction varies according to individual therapist and physical condition.
If you feel unsatisfied with your massage, please inform the therapist and the spa house directly at the moment.
The treatment could end 15 minutes earlier for the shower time.
Late arrival could deduct the treatment duration.

Q: If I feel unsatisfied with the treatment during the massage, should I mention it on the spot?

A: Yes. If you feel unsatisfied with your treatment, please inform the vendor staff or the therapist directly at the moment.

Q: In case I can’t print the voucher out, can I present my mobile voucher (E Voucher) via my mobile phone?

A: Yes. If you show the mobile/ E-Voucher on your mobile phone then you can easily enter.

Q: I made a massage reservation and I think I will be late for about 15 minutes. Is everything OK?

A: Yes, you can get a massage. However, if you arrive late, the staff will reduce your massage time.

Cancelation

Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity date.
Refund handling fee is $5 per item and automatically deducted from the total amount.
Refund will be processed in business hours.
Business hours: Monday – Friday (except public holiday) from 09:00 AM – 15:00 PM (GMT +7)
