Q: If I want to get picked up outside of Uluwatu, Ungasan, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Seminyak, Sanur or Canggu areas, then how much should I pay for the additional transport charge?

A: The amount of additional transport charge outside of those areas is based on enquiry. So, please send your enquiry with the detailed information.

Q: What should I prepare for swing activity?

A: We recommend you to wear closed footwear, camera and apply sun screen lotion for your comfort.

Q: Should I present the voucher for this activity?

A: Yes. Please show your printed or mobile voucher to the vendor staff in the venue.

Cancellation

Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity date.
We will charge the full amount of the booking for a “no show” case.
In case of bad weather, cancellation fee can be waived upon sufficient notice 1 day prior to the activity date and before 5pm (Bali Time).
