Confirmation:

Pick Up Procedure:

  • Location: Arrival hall of Ngurah Rai International Airport,
  • Your Driver will pick you up with SIGNBOARD at the pick-up area. Please see the picture below:

Additional Information

  • Please inform your flight details (Airline Name, Flight Number and Arrival Time) and Hotel details (Hotel Name and Hotel address) upon booking
  • Child seats or baby strollers are not available for this service
  • Each child must be included in the headcount for vehicles
  • Please note that the sudden schedule changes may occur due to Balinese religious events which might block the roads etc.
  • You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher.
  • The voucher is valid on the specified date only.

Cancellation

  • Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 3 days prior to the activity date.
  • Refund handling fee is $5 per item and automatically deducted from the total amount.
  • Refund will be processed in business hours.
    Business hours: Monday – Friday (except public holiday) from 09:00 AM – 15:00 PM (GMT +7)
