Inclusion:

One float and electric air pump
Rental system for 24 hours. Extra IDR 5,000/hours
Delivery hours: 8AM to 4PM
This product does not require a deposit
Free delivery and pick up in Seminyak, Canggu, Umalas, Batubelig, Kerobokan, Denpasar, Kuta, Legian, Tuban, Sanur areas

Exclusion:

Additional charge for delivery and pick up based on cash on delivery payment in these areas:
- IDR 50,000/return in Nusa Dua, Pecatu, Uluwatu, Jimbaran, Ubud, Tanah Lot
- IDR 100.000/return in Tegalalang, Sebatu

Delivery and Return Procedure:

Please inform your check-in and check-out time within the operational hours.
The ground staff will deliver your float.
The crew will collect the float from you at the end of the rental period.
Penalty will be applied for damage as mention below:
Small damage (fixable float damage; such as needle-size leaking hole): IDR 100,000 for Big Floaties; IDR 50,000 for Medium and Small Floaties
Big damage (non-fixable float damage; such as long torn, wing torn, missing parts, etc): IDR 700,000 for Big Floaties; IDR 550,000 for Medium Floaties; and IDR 400,000 for Small Floaties

Usage Warning:

Do not put the floaties too close to the fire.
Do not put the floaties too long in direct sunlight.
When pumping the floaties, make sure the floaties filled max 85% to avoid a floaties burst when ridden.
Do not jump in to the floaties.
Avoid the use of floaties on the rocky places because it can make punctures.
Do not climb onto the wing tires or pulling the wings because the wings easily torn. Slip into the body of
the tire.

FAQ

Q: I only want to rent for 1 day, is it possible?

A: No. Float/tube rental product can only be booked at least for 2 days.

Q: Is it free of charge for delivery in all areas of Bali?

A: No. Additional delivery charge is applied in some areas. Please check the free delivery areas and charged delivery areas.

Cancellation

Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity date
