Arrival Service Standard Process

Our staff will greet you right after you enter the terminal airport before VOA Immigration check. He/she will bring a signboard with your name on it.
Our staff will escort you to the Visa on Arrival (if needed) then to immigration check. Please note that according to government regulation, you should complete the immigration process like passport scanning and stamp by yourself.
Our staff will escort you to our waiting room with snack and mineral water while waiting for the baggage. He/she will handle your baggage.
Our staff will escort and assist you to custom and stay with you until you meet your ground transport or airport representative

Departure Service Standard Process

Meet our staff at the drop zone area. So please inform your active phone number or your driver’s phone number one day before.
