FAQ

Q: There is reptile area in Bali Bird Park. can I visit it?

A: No. Since April 2017 the Reptile Pavilion area operates separately from the birds area. So, you need to purchase the ticket for this area directly on the spot.

Q: I would like to enjoy all of the events. But, is it possible?

A: No. Because the time of the events are fixed, you have to choose the event you want to see.

Q: Is it possible to visit around 18.00?

A: No. Bali Bird Park is open from 09:00 to 17:00 and not available at 18.00.

Cancelation

Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity date.
Refund handling fee is $5 per item and automatically deducted from the total amount.
Refund will be processed in business hours.
Business hours: Monday – Friday (except public holiday) from 09:00 AM – 15:00 PM (GMT +7)
