• Minimum caddie’s tipping is IDR 200.000 net/caddie per 18 holes or IDR 150.000 net/caddie for 9 holes. Caddie’s tipping can be given by the guest to caddie directly by the player.
• The vendor doesn’t provide pick up/sending service
• If you want to get a pick up/sending service, you may book for Bali Private Car rental product (include driver & fuel)

Q: Is it possible to use 1 caddie for 1 player?

A: Yes. Based on the vendor regulation, 1 caddie serve 1 player

Q: Should I pay more for cart and green fee?

A: No. You don’t need to pay for cart and green fee because cart fee, green fee, caddie fee, and tax are already included.

Q: If I can’t print the voucher out, can I present my mobile voucher with my mobile phone?

A: Yes. If you show the voucher you captured on your mobile phone, you can easily enter.

• Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity date.
• No show case will be charged and no refund issued.
• Refund handling fee is $5 per item and automatically deducted from the total amount.
• Refund will be processed in business hours.
• Business hours: Monday – Friday (except public holiday) from 09:00 AM – 15:00 PM (GMT +7)
