• Full payment in advance (Blocking confirmation after payment)
• Reservation is made at least 72 hours prior to activity date
• A copy of passport is required for this booking

Inclusion

• 10-Hour private car rental (except Maserati and Rolls Royce)
• Hotel pick up&drop off service
• Chauffeur fee and fuel cost
• Parking and toll fee (if any)

Exclusion

• Chauffeur tip (optional)
• Personal expense (meals, shopping, etc)
• Personal traveler’s insurance
• Overtime: 10% per hour (except for Maserati)

• If you use AirBnB accommodation, please write down the nearest hotel address from your Host location. In order to simplify the pick up service, we will pick you up in the nearest hotel from your Host location.
• Please note that the sudden schedule changes may occur due to Balinese religious events which might block the roads etc.
• You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher.
• The voucher is valid only on the date specified.
• We provide hotel pick up – drop off service. So, you might contact our staff to inform your pick up location.
• Please kindly wait at hotel lobby 5 minutes before the pick up time. And, present your confirmation voucher to your driver before departure.

• Once reservation confirmed, no cancellation is made.
• There will be full amount charge for any cancellation or no-show case.
