Hotel Transfer Service:

• If you use AirBnB accommodation, please write down the nearest hotel address from your Host location. In order to simplify the pick up service, we will pick you up in the nearest hotel from your Host location.

How to Use:

• You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity

How to Get There: 

• We provide hotel pick up – drop off service. You might contact our staff to inform your pick up location.
• Pick up and drop off service available in Nusa Dua, Sawangan, Tanjung Benoa specific areas only (please inquiry for detail areas)
• Please stand by 5 minutes before pick up time

Operational hours:

• Daily, 6 am – 7 pm

• Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity date.
• Refund handling fee is $5 per item and automatically deducted from the total amount.
• Refund will be processed in business hours.
