• Available for the age of 9-65 years old
• Child (9-12 years old) rate is the same as the adult rate is.
• It is not suitable for pregnant women, people with a heart problem, people with a respiratory problem, people with a current sinus problem, people who recently has an ear infection, and people who have claustrophobia problem.

• Pick-up/sending service is available for a minimum booking of 2 adults.
• The pick up sending service provided by the vendor is in sharing transport with other customers.
• The transport service may be late due to traffic conditions or other guest conditions. So, it cannot be argued.
• If the pick-up service is late, please contact us by the phone number listed on your voucher.
• If you want to get picked up by a private car, please book for an additional private car rental product (exclude parking fee & toll)

FAQ

Q: I’m afraid because I think it’s dangerous to get into the sea even though I wear a safety helmet. What should I do?

A: Before you get into the water, you will be fully informed of the safety precautions. Also, it is safe because a professional guide will accompanied you. 

Q: Can I make reservation for children too?

A: According to the child policy of the company, it is available for children 9 years old or above. However, the rate is the same as adults’ rate is. 

Q: Is the hotel transfer service just for us on board?

A: No. The transport provided is a sharing transport with other guests. But, if you book Private Car Rental product then you may use it privately and comfortably. 

• Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity date
• This activity can be canceled due to bad weather. If so, you will be informed prior to the activity time.
• Refund handling fee is $5 per item and automatically deducted from the total amount.
• Refund will be processed in business hours.
• Business hours: Monday – Friday (except public holiday) from 09:00 AM – 15:00 PM (GMT +7)
