For basic programs over $120, you may get the pickup/sending service for free.
If you use AirBnB accommodation, please write down the nearest hotel address from your Host location. In order to simplify the pick-up service, we will pick you up at the nearest hotel from your Host location.

FAQ

Q: I want to get a hotel transfer service, is that possible for free?
A: Yes, it is possible for 2 persons reservation with the minimum treatment of 2 hours/person.

Q: I made a massage reservation but I think that I will be late for 15 minutes. Will everything be fine?
A: Yes, you can still get the massage. However, if you arrive late then the massage time might be deducted.

Q: If I can’t print the voucher out, can I present my mobile voucher with my mobile phone?

A: Yes. If you show the voucher you captured on your mobile phone, then you can easily enter.

Cancellation

Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity.
For “No Show” case, there will be no refund issued.
