• Sanur area: 1 hour before departure time
• Kuta, Jimbaran, Seminyak, Nusa Dua, Central Ubud: 1,5 hour before departure time

• If you use AirBnB accommodation, please write down Host contact number and also inform us the nearest hotel address from your Host location. In order to simplify the pick up service, we will pick you up in the nearest hotel from your Host location.
• Please note that the sudden schedule changes may occur due to Balinese religious events which might block the roads etc.
• You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher.
• The voucher is valid only on the date specified.
• We provide hotel pick up – drop off service. So, you might contact our staff to inform your pick up location. For pick up in Central Ubud, please kindly wait in Cocomart or Bebek Bengil area.
• Please kindly wait at hotel lobby 5 minutes before the pick up time. And, present your confirmation voucher to your driver before departure.

Cancellation

• 50% Charge for less than 7 days arrival cancellation
• 100% Charge for No Show
