  **If you use AirBnB accomodation, please write down the nearest hotel address from your Host location. In order to simplify the pick up service, we will pick you up in the nearest hotel from your Host location.
• The sailing duration is 1.5-2.5 hours.
• Children under 3 years old is free of charge. 
• Depart from Bali Serangan or Padang Bai Harbor and arrive in Lombok Harbor of Teluk Kode, Gili Air, or Gili Trawangan.
• The arrival time might be different according to the circumstance or other local condition. Please make sure to check it while boarding. 
• Be aware of the fact that the speedboat sails at high speed and might shake a lot. 
• Due to nature or other certain conditions, the schedule of Lombok Speedboat might be delayed or changed. 
• Depending on weather conditions, the vendor might cancel the sailing. If that happens, they will refund your ticket.
• Due to sailing cancellation, the customer might loss for their hotel, flight, or other activity in Lombok Island (Your other activity is not Wandernesia’s responsibility).  
• Wandernesia, as tour agency, is not responsible for any problems encountered while using the vendor’s boat. 
• The pick up sending service provided by vendor is sharing transport with other customers.
• The transport service may be late due to traffic condition or other guest condition, it can’t be argued.
• If the pick up service is late, please contact us by phone number listed on your voucher.
• If you want to get picked up by private car, please book for additional private car rental product (exclude parking fee & toll)
• Schedule and pick-up time are listed as follows:

• Speedboat timetable (subject to change depending on the date).
• Please recheck the updated scheduled time when you make the reservation.
• You may directly go to the hotel after arriving in Lombok Island.

FAQ

Q: Does the Lombok Speedboat – Blue Water Express include all the charges?

A: No. It does not include the port pass fee. The port pass fee is IDR 60,000/pass. 

Q: If the sailing is canceled, can I get refund for my sailing, hotel, and flight?

A: No. Only the Blue Water Sailing tickets can be refunded. Since hotel, flight, or other activity are not Wandernesia’s responsibility; we can’t give any refund for it. 

Q: Is it true that the arrival port can be changed?

A: Yes. The arrival port on each day can be different/ changed depending on the local situation.

• Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity date
• Refund handling fee is $5 per item and automatically deducted from the total amount.
• Refund will be processed in business hours.
