• Cancellation made within 14 days prior to arrival date will be charged full amount or 100% penalty charge is applied.

High Season:

• Cancellation made within 21 days prior to arrival date will be charged full amount or 100% penalty charge is applied.
• Cancellation made within 22 – 30 days prior to arrival date is charged 50% of total amount.

• 100% penalty will be charged for no-show case. No refund issued.
