Product Detail:

• Hatiku Special Menu (single plate) : half-a-fish (+- 250 gr), 2 calamari satay, 2 clams, 2 prawn, steamed rice, stir-boiled water-spinach, HATIKU special 3-sauce combo, fresh fruit platter, and a choice of 330ml mineral water OR tea. 
• Hatiku Special Menu with Upgrade Beer (single plate with beer) : Bintang beer (Pilsener/Radler), half-a-fish (+- 250 gr), 2 calamari satay, 2 clams, 2 prawn, steamed rice, stir-boiled water-spinach, HATIKU special 3-sauce combo, and fresh fruit platter.
• Note: for seafood allergic customer, please avoid to eat some items in the menu. And please inform in advance. 

How to Book:

• You need to book from Wandernesia website.
• We will send you an invoice after the availability checking process.
• Payment after the invoice via payment gateway provided.
• After the booking confirmation, we will send the voucher. Please bring it to the venue.
• For pick up service provided, it will be at the hotel lobby by the reserved name we get. 

FAQ

Q: Is it possible to come at any time we want?

A: Yes, it is possible at any time starting from lunch time. However, we will reserve it between 17.00-17.30. Usualy the dinner starts on sunset time or at 18.00.

Q: I would like to receive a pick-up/sending service from the hotel. Is it free?

A: No, we don’t provide pick up/sending service for this product. So, We recommend you to add/ book for Private Rental Car product. 

Q: What if the food is not tasty or there is any other problems with the food in the restaurant?

A: If there is a problem with the food or other condition on the day, please directly tell the restaurant staff on the spot. Wandernesia can’t give any refund for the food you already ate. 

Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity date.
