The Traditional Grand Rijsttafel (Dutch for ‘rice table’) at Tugu Hotel is essentially serving dozens of small, shareable classic Indonesian dishes ranging from mild to spicy, in all colors of the rainbow, served with rice. The dining experience held at Sang Hyang Barong Temple and the dishes served by servers in elegant Indonesian ancient uniforms. Sang Hyang Barong was an important part of the palace where the king resided.
