However, we would recommend to make the reservation for 6 PM.

Showcasing a set of barbeque delights features a selection of fresh catches of the ocean – fishes, king prawns, squids, and tender lobster. They are served with sambal matah (raw Balinese sambal from shallot and chili salsa), Sambal Terasi (Javanese chili & shrimp paste sauce), Sambal Kecap (shallot & sweet soy sauce), lemon butter sauce, and many more. Those are perfect condiments for grilled fish that bring all the flavor of the seafood to your plate.
