If you use AirBnB accommodation, please write down the nearest hotel address from your Host location. through simplify the pick up service, we will pick you up in the nearest hotel from your Host location.

The voucher is valid on the specified date only.
We provide hotel pick up – drop off service. Thus, you might contact our staff to inform your pick up location.

Cancelation

Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity date.
Refund handling fee is $5 per item and automatically deducted from the total amount.
Refund will be processed in business hours.
