You might arrive at hotel at 20:00 due to local traffic. So, we suggest you not to arrange schedule on the same day.

Pick up time may change depending on your hotel location.

Pick up / sending service provided by vendor is basically shared with other guests.
Other guests might arrive late due to traffic conditions and complaint about it is unavailable.

Cancellation

Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity date.
Refund handling fee is $5 per item and automatically deducted from the total amount.
