Location:

• Tanjung Benoa in Nusa Dua area

Preparation:

• Personal toiletries and towels
• Clothing for change after snorkeling
• Personal expenses

Pick-up and sending:

• Pick up time: 09.00 at lobby hotel.
• Pick up sending is available for a minimum 2 person reservation.
• If you use Airbnb accommodation, please write down the nearest hotel address from your Host location. In order to simplify the pick-up service, we will pick you up in the nearest hotel from your Host location.

Age Range:

• 12 – 65 years old with swimming ability.
• One price as adult price.
• Not suitable for pregnant women and people who suffer heart disease, spinal cord disease, & tympanic membrane disease.

Note:

• The pick up sending service provided by vendor is sharing transport with other customers.
• The transport service may be late due to traffic condition or other guest condition, it can’t be argued.
• If the pick up service is late, please contact us by phone number listed on your voucher.
• If you want to get picked up by private car, please book for additional private car rental product (not include parking fee & toll fee)

FAQ

Q: Is the pick up/sending service only for us/ private car?

A: No. transport service from vendor is sharing transport with other customers. However, if you book for Bali Private Car Rental product from Wandernesia, then you can use it comfortably as private car.

Q: Can I book this product for children also?

A: According to company regulation, it is available from 9 years old child with swimming ability and the price is the same as adult’s price is.

Q: What should I do if I am not satisfied with the activity?

A: If yo are not satisfied with the service, please tell the vendor about your condition, discomfort or something you want.

• Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity date.
• No show case will be charged and no refund issued.
• This activity can be canceled due to bad weather. If so, your host will inform you directly.
• Refund handling fee is $5 per item and automatically deducted from the total amount.
• Refund will be processed in business hours.
• Business hours: Monday – Friday (except public holiday) from 09:00 AM – 15:00 PM (GMT +7)
