FAQ

Q: Is the treatment available for pregnant women?

A: Yes, but massage with chiropractors is not available.

Q: If I can’t print the voucher out, can I present my mobile voucher with my mobile phone?

A: Yes. If you show the voucher you captured on your mobile phone, then you can easily enter.

Q: I made a massage reservation but I think that I will be late for 15 minutes. Will everything be fine?

A: Yes, you can still get the massage. However, if you arrive late then the massage time might be deducted.

Cancellation

Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity.
For “No Show” case, there will be no refund issued.
