A: According to the Picheaven Bali child policy, you can book for children by the age of 5 years old or older and it is free for infant 1-4 years old. 

 

Q: What should I do if I am not satisfied with the activity?

A: If you are not satisfied, you need to tell the vendor about what you want or your discomfort. 

Cancellation

Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity.
